About the site:
The site is a unique and custom coded directory script. The directory itself was first launched in July 2008 though the script has been in development since January 2008.

I purchased this site with exclusive rights in order to sell the script it runs on. I saw a HUGE potential in the script and since it outranks most other directory script I though it could easily be sold.

Unfortunately, due to a new job I've been offered I will no longer be able to continue with this project so I am forced to sell it as I'm sure others will benefit from this.

I have personally spent over $450 in coding on adding new features to it not including the price I purchased the site for.

Apart from the script it runs on it's an established site with over 2000 pages indexed by Google and PR3 (PR4 expected in the next update).

The directory receives about 4-8 new websites every day which can be approved/rejected from the administration panel.

There are currently about 100 websites waiting for approval that you can add to the directory.

The Script:
The script itself is trully amazing and by far outranks any current script there is.

It's developed using PHP/MySQL and Ajax and has some really amazing and unique features.
